Commitment is not a word we use lightly at American Roots.  We are committed to our employees, our community, our 100% American sourced material, and above all, the quality of our product.  We are also committed to you, our invested customers, to make sure you get the most out of any garment you purchase through us.  Every product at American Roots is backed by a guarantee that covers the lifetime of the product against manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Material Defects: We cover any defects in materials used in the construction of our products.

  • Workmanship: We cover any issues related to the craftsmanship involved in creating our products.

Exclusions:

  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear over time, including fading of fabric colors and natural degradation of materials, is not covered.

  • Screen Printing: Fading, cracking, or peeling of screen printing is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under this warranty. Screen printing is expected to last for a reasonable amount of time with proper care, which includes washing inside out, in cold water, and avoiding high-heat drying.

  • Improper Use: Any damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling of the product is not covered.

  • Alterations: Any modifications or alterations made to the product void the warranty.

Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@americanrootswear.com. Provide your proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for the return or exchange process.

Resolution:

If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost to you. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar product of equal value. Shipping charges may apply.
