Senior Sales RepresentativeThe Sales Representative will represent American Roots and their unique products.

They will be responsible for creating sales strategies that align with the company’s weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas. AR is looking for a strong networker who can use effective cold calling and email techniques to generate leads and build relationships.

The Sales Rep will be calling on existing clients and new prospects, always providing excellent customer services before, during, and after the sale to ensure retention and loyalty to the AR brand.

Human Resources Manager - The Human Resources Manager carries out all functions of the day to day operations of human resources department and provides support to the management team. The position assists with the implementation of policies and processes in employee relations, recruitment, training and development, retention, payroll, benefits administration, state and federal compliance and safety.

Professional Stitcher, Sewing OperatorThe primary responsibility of a sewing machine operator/stitcher is the set-up, running and upkeep of the Juki industrial sewing machine, while meeting guidelines set by American Roots Wear Management for specific projects and goals. As a stitcher, you will ensure that the garments you create meet our brand standard and artisanship.

Candidates should have prior experience with industrial stitching equipment and be experienced in factory sewing methods. Experience with Juki and other industrial machines is preferred. Experience sewing with knit fabrics preferred, along with garment construction knowledge.

Embroidery Technician - The Embroidery Technician is primarily responsible for assisting the Embroidery Coordinator with consistent and efficient operation of embroidery projects and operating machinery during a ‘second shift’ from 12-8pm. This person works closely with the Operations Manager and the Embroidery Coordinator to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner according to the production schedule. A successful Embroidery Technician should be able to maximize time during a shift, assess and communicate problems that arise to their direct supervisor, and handle fluctuations in scheduling calmly and efficiently.

Screen Printing Technician - The Screen Printing Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring consistent and efficient operation of the screen printing department. This person works closely with the Operations Manager and the Production Manager to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner according to the production schedule. A successful Screen Printing Coordinator should be able to maximize time during a shift, assess and communicate problems that arise to their direct supervisor, and handle fluctuations in scheduling calmly and efficiently.

Quality Control Lead - The Quality Control Lead works closely with the Production Floor Leads and the Production Manager to provide organizational support and efficient production practices on the floor daily. This person should be able to ensure consistent work for all inspectors throughout the day, maximize efficiency within the department, and provide feedback to inspectors on brand standards. A successful Quality Control Lead will be recognized as a leader on the floor, providing direction to inspectors throughout the day.

Fabric Cutter - The fabric cutter is responsible for performing timely and accurate cuts of apparel patterns to ensure efficient and consistent flow of production. This job specifically focuses on mass production, cutting 500-10,000 units at a time using a manual Eastman straight knife cutter. The cutter is responsible for all aspects of cutting, including lifting and loading bolts of fabric, laying fabric, using markers properly, operating a manual straight knife cutter, and understanding yields and minimizing waste. The ideal candidate will be reliable, high-energy, flexible with prioritizing tasks at hand, and willing to accept direction as given.
